I created this automatic digest to keep track of new papers relevant to AI/CompBio field. Hopefully, this will help you too.

Every Monday BioML digest automatically pulls new papers from the past week, filters them by keywords, reranks with ChatGPT and keeps top 20 by relevance + novelty. The digest is split in two sections: top 20 from preprints (arXiv + bioRxiv) and top 20 from peer-reviewed journals.
